This is our 9th Annual Regional Concours at Bowood and together with Region 14 South Wales. This is a concours both Classic and Street Class for home region and visitors. There will be a driving challenge run by Ian Foster and South Wales members, a display of historic Porsches from Peter Lovett's collection and from Porsche Cars GB Reading (including a 550 Spyder and a 959), trade stands, and an autojumble, and we hope the new Club Race centre will be present.

In addition to the Street and Classic Concours classes, we have introduced an Open/Custom Class designed to attract members with non-standard, modified or custom cars which have Porsche engines, chassis and basically Porsche bodywork (but no replicas). Depending on the number entered, these may be judged by fellow competitors in this class.

We hope that a number of you will take part in the autojumble, but please note the closing date is 6th May.

Tickets will include admission to the famous kids adventure playground and a spectacular stately home and gardens. Full booking details are advertised in Porsche Post and on the club website and the forum.

We hope to have a mobile rolling road-dyno unit present to test your cars bhp torque, etc. providing we can get 20 cars plus prebooked and prepaid. For booking and prepaying, full details are on the website and the forum. Cost is £32 per run or £27 per run for 3 runs. [FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Harriet and Tony have invited the Boxster Register to attend (It's been in the last couple of columns in PP), and I wonder if anyone is going to join me there?

Please add your name here (and drop Harriet a message) if you are going.

Edit - Title change to reflect nature of event!
