I have sold my beloved Porsche 924 that I spent several years restoring and loved driving.
I am tempted by this one.

I have never owned or driven a boxster before. Any advice or points to watch out for appreciated
Thank you
Paul

You really need to get in and drive one. Try this the Tip against the manual - my bet is you will want the manual. Just had a look at Autotrader and plenty to choose from. You may even be able to get a more modern 2.7 for that sort of money. Good luck with your search.

Hi Paul, I currently have my 2005 2.7 Boxster up for sale if your interested. You can view it on the "Members For Sale" on here or on Pistonheads. http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=836799" http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/porsche/boxster-987-05-12/porsche-boxster-2-7/2322637 Regards David

I went to have a look at and have a test drive of this one today http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2000-W-PORSCHE-BOXTER-S-3-2-MANUAL-CONVERTIBLE-/181454455031?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item2a3f8740f7 The car was for sale in a village garage in Norfolk, they we happy for me to examine it thoroughly and test drive it. It is in very nice condition. Had a wonderful run out in it, handles beautifully. Result - I have bought it, looking forward to runs around East Anglia with the roof down.

Boxster is now in its new home in Suffolk Looking forward to the weekend
