boxster car mats in rubber

I was laughed off another forum a couple of years back for even suggesting the idea of rubber mats in a Porsche!!

But the previous few cars I have owned have had the manufacturer's tailored all-rubber mats, and they are very practical for this time of year!

And they look good if regularly kept clean with a bit of shoe polish! My old Mondeo's mats look good even after 8 years!!

I gave up my search for good quality tailored rubber mats, I believe the Cannon mats need to be cut to size (shouldn't be a problem if it the manufacturer is clever) but I'd like to hear from anybody who has used these mats in a Boxster.

Don't undestand how the Cannon's selection of mats for Porsche Boxster's includes rear mats! [8D]

I recently bought a spare pair of Porsche mats on eBay for winter use. Only £20. They were a bit dirty but after a recent OPC visit now look like new [;)]

Try Yorkshire Rubber Linings Ltd,
They have off cuts of rubber sheets 3mm and 6mm thick you just have to cut them to size. this is ex stock so it goes very very cheap.

Thanks for your input, it has given me several ideas to persue. Obviously there are no after market products designed specifically for the Boxster, or 996 which I assume will be the same?
