We picked up our 6th Boxster today, one of the first (if possibly not the first) customer GTS into the UK. Despite the torrential down pours and thunderstorms all day had a great drive home.

Lovely car!! Please tell me that plate reads something other than 'Hello GTS'?!?

yes it does [:)] its Halo, as in the GTS being the HALO car from the range [:D]

That looks very nice Graeme.

The white body/wheel combination offset the heavier-looking front-end treatment and smoked glass headlight lenses. I saw a silver Cayman GTS at the PEC Silverstone a few weeks ago (1st June registration?) which wasn't to my taste at all.

Enjoy your summer motoring.

Thanks all for the replies .. its an amazing car to drive .. we "hit the loud button" (sports exhaust) every time we drive her .. still "running in" .. but one amazing car. We had one of the first 986's .. one of the first 987's and for our #5 Boxster did a "never going to ask for anything" 987 for our last one which we kept for 7 years as we did not think we could improve the fun of driving it.. but jeez .. these 981's are so amazing and the GTS is sublime [:D]
