Have you looked in the manual?
 
Hi,
Had a bulb go the other day. It's really simple. Follow the instructions in the manual, but be careful not to scratch the bumper when sliding the light out. No need to worry about the cables as they light itself plugs into the soocket. Took me no more that ten mins to get the light out, change the bulb and put it back in.
 
To clarify, the litronic headlights DO have a separate cable that needs unplugging/plugging in. The "standard" lights do not.
 
once again cheers for the help im going to take them out next week .dose anyone no if the headlight comes apart as i want to try something
