Boxster RTS Query - Key Change ?

Hello,

I bought an RTS off The Bay last year and when it turned up it looked OK, bearing in mind I was green to it's needs. Now I came to fit it yesterday and I've a couple of queries which I'm hoping someone may be able to answer.

1. It has no keys with it, so I'll ask the seller if he's still got these, and this is the odd bit,
2, I seem to recall the two coded, flanged fixings for the B-Pillar installation have a 'proud' shape on the back, and the two curved strucutral parts (that go over the doors) of the rack have a 'hole' in them. As I've not got to this stage yet, and only realising it now upon what I was looking at yesterday, do the 'proud' shapes on the back of the fixings fit into the 'holes' as I seem to recall they're different shapes i.e. the 'hole' is square, the 'proud' part is tablet shape.

I hope this makes sense to an owner somewhere, and thanks for reading.

Dickster.

P.S. it's to carry snowboards to Switzerland, if anyone was wondering why.

Having checked the, possibly, offending parts it seems that I'm in the wrong and there aren't any misfits. Sorry for wasting peoples time. Moderators, can you please delete this thread. Thanks, and sorry again, Dickster

Hello again, I hope someone can advise. The seller of the RTS has lost the keys, so does anyone know if the locks for all RTS' are the same, or are they individually keyed ? I've phoned and left a message at my local centre, but to date no joy. They may be dragging their feet as I didn;t buy it from them. Thanks for reading, again. Cheers
