Boxster S needed and 996 Targa for sale

Guys.. Ive just found out I'm finally going to exchange on a new house in Dorset tomorrow and we need to reduce our cars to a practical number. I travel all over the uk a couple of days a week and I've been using my Targa for 18 months. The new house has a great garage but I can just see the targa going in it and not coming out so I'm thinking a late 986 or early 987 Boxster that I can put the miles on would be a better bet. I would be less precious and still get the Porsche buzz. Before the 996 I did 100k in my 964 convertible over 14 years on work travels but that was pain in the end but I was a lot younger so it didn't matter.
So.. Does anyone know of a good Boxster that's well looked after?
And I've and got a great 996 Targa with a new Porsche engine for sale

He has just bought a 997 so it's going up for sale
