Boxster saloon at OPC Bow...

...my car is booked in for some warranty work on Sat and I had requested a courtesy car which I was advised would be a Boxster. Yesterday I found out that I need to do an airport run so I called the OPC and asked if I could have a courtesy car with rear seats, rather than the Boxster. The receptionist said she'd call me back. I missed the return call and found a voice mail saying "I've just spoken to Service and they have reserved a Boxster with rear seats for you". Answers on a postcard.....

My Boxster was booked in on a Saturday for some re-call work that OPC East London insisted was done before March 07 and the 1st service etc etc. They left me a voicemail on the Friday confirming the arrangement and the loan of a Boxster so I didn't have to sit at dealers for 4 hours or so whilst work was being done.

I arrive Saturday morning at 8.30 sharp as I had an appointment in town at 9.30. Receptionist who had been dealing with me all week was not working that Saturday and the guy who was said "No Loan Car Available" []

So I hope you aren't in for any such surprises [] ..... But on the other hand when one is dealing with back street car dealers what else can one expect for there £120.00 ph labour charges :ROFLMAO:

Problem was resolved by me willingly taking one of there run abouts which happened to be the dirtiest inside & out MINI
I have ever seen despite the weather being the typical summer 06 ie hadn't rained in weeks if not months and baking hot ... Nice to see they look after there own cars so respectfully

Good Luck Dappula

I have owned 2 MINI Cooper "S" in past 4 years and am now waiitng for my next one in March 07 the MINI MK2 Cooper "S" so I am afraid I am a MINI nut and enjoy them nearly as much as my Boxsters [;)]

We rented between our Audi 2.7 Turbo Quatro and Cayenne .. Had a Cooper and a Cooper S... have to say Cooper was so much fun ... Cooper S .. scary fast
