Can someone tell me the date for the above in September please as can't find the email
Also, who's going this year?

John if you look just above the forum title, where it tells you what section you are in there is a little drop down that says how many days worth of postings to show. The default is 30, so if you change that to 90 you will see the original thread (link here that all the info you need.

Also check the R7 events sticky at the top of this forum.

I will send round a reminder with the meet up info the week before.
 
Just in case anyone on this thread is wondering (I don't think it's a secret) it's.......Sunday 15 September [;)]
