Brake calipers

Hi Help needed!
We run a 77SC in the 750 Roadsports series....beginers!! We need to bleed the brakes and can't budge the rear nipples...looks like about a 7mm spanner, do we need anything special to fit these.
Next plan was to remove the caliper and work on the bench, (or get an exchange set)easy to remove the top bolt and can't work out how to get a spanner (19mm?) to the lower bolt, any special tools required for this?

Any help advice or wise comments greatful received. Alan & Mark Taylor
