Brake fluid flush.

Hi All,
An ask for advice to anyone out there who flush their own brake system. What is the preferred method? Pressurising the system, vacuum extraction or the old fashioned mate on the brake.
Any advice on flushing the system welcome.

If you're untroubled by air in the system, a mate sat in the cockpit pressing the brake pedal is fine. With fluid, a length of clear plastic hose and a jam jar, half a dozen long stokes at each calliper should do the trick, Start with the furthest from the master cylinder, then the next longest etc. You should see clean fluid and no air from each corner then you'll be done. Finally, don't forget to top up the cylinder to the correct level.[;)]

Many thanks, that's great it's the old fashioned way then. We've got the equipment for the vacuum system but to be honest it's never really been a great success, it's slow, so thought I would ask on the forum.
