brake hose

Thanks Richard, also mentioned was power marques ( FVD UK )
I have seen the 993 goodrich hoses however im told the rs have a different shaped end where they are secured to the bracket?

Appreciate different hub carriers on RS, but would 993 Turbo kit fit?..Similar sized calipers (yes I know about rear piston sizes etc....) May be more chance they marketed a kit for a turbo based on production numbers...?

Design 911, stock Goodridge ones for a 993......I once ordered a set of steel hoses for a 968CS, mentioning it was a 968CS, they sent me the wrong ones and when I returned them as they were unfit for purpose, they never had a replacement and never refunded the postage.....Not a lot of £, but be careful to avoid such frustrating time wasting and cost.

Hi Nick,

When I changed mine to Goodridge, the rears had a d shape shape to the end that secures to the vehicle (not caliper) whereas the original was star shaped. I had tp file the star shape on the bracket (on vehicle) to a D shape to enable fitment. It was a generic 993 part from Goodridge.

Thanks

Julian

Julian, my reference was to genuine Porsche parts, in my experience there are issues with Goodridge hose fitments.
