Hi all - just looking for a pointer please.
My car is in for an MOT next week, and at the same time I'm planning to swap all of the brake hoses for braided stainless.
Having just had a quick look on line there seems to be varying types makes and prices.
Does anyone have any ideas suggestions of brands to use and also where best to buy from.
Any pointers gratefully received.
Cheers

At the same time I'd also upgrade the brake oil, in combination with the hoses made a great improvement I had mine done by Steve at Jaz in Wembley, you could ring them up or any Indi for that matter and ask which they recommend. Regards

If you go Goodrich there are 2 different quality's, there is all stainless 4C ending number and stainless with zinc ends 4P ending number. ATE Racing blue is a good starting point on the fluid

Adam I would go for Goodridge Braided hoses, just do a search to find the cheapest supplier. If your car has the G50 box don't forget to bleed the clutch this is always over looked [8|]

Thanks guys but as ever answers raise more questions ... Any fluid make recommendations also I have looked on the Goodridge site and the 3.2 doesn't appear to be listed... Are there any online sellers that I can get fluid and hoses shipped from As ever thanks in advance

Get the short copper pipes too. They tend to bind in the fitting and twist when you try to undo them. You can get them made up from Porsche as an original part. Part no 911.355.605.01
