Brake Pad fitting kit

Has anybody bought the above recently? Its the big spring clip and retaining pins I'm after, just about to tackle a brake re-fresh and thought it would be nice to replace these aswell. Just spoken to Bert Gear and ATE apparently no longer sell the parts! He suggested that they're dealer only now, I really can't be doing with their prices!
 
You need these. I have just 2 pins with a little locking collar kind of thing.

Some years ago JAZ just changed the old "big spring thing with 2 pins and 2 circlips" for 2 different pins that work alone with a big spring thing. It makes changing pads much easier and quicker.
