brake pedal&pulling left

hi , I am trying to buy a 964 and just did a test drive on a 1993 C4. I notice the brake pedal felt a litle bit hard and I was not impress by the braking power is it how there are and it need to be pressed more harder or could it be a probleme?
also the car is pulling stlitly to the left, not geting worts when braking (dry condition) thanks for your help guys Konstantin

Further to our telephone chat you might like to give ProMax a ring - they are in Brackley (Tel: 01280 702368) and may be willing to do an inspection for you. AMD are more of a tuning firm - it was Autofarm I was thinking of, but they are not so "964" oriented - more biased towards the earlier cars. There are a couple of other specialists around the area although a little further from Banbury. Give me a call or leave a message here if you need any more.

From your description on the 'phone it sounds like the brakes are "normal", but do pay attention to the hydraulic boost system since it can be very expensive to repair if there is a problem. The slight pull to one side is likely to be an effect of poor alignment.
