Who is going to Brands?
And anyone else camping - despite the price now being per night (hope the facilities are improved to match) we decided to go for it, arriving Saturday evening leaving Mon,
hoping for some nice weather.

On the strength or family Sims saying that was their plan Emma & I intend to do the same, but I haven't booked it yet.
 
my daughter and Boyfriend are camping sat-mon the plan was she would drive my 944 down for my so i can bring my Boxster. but not sure i can be bothered to spend the extra petrol/insurence for the cars to sit in the hotel car park so we'll proberly all come down togeather in the Cayenne.

I think advance booking closes soon, we usually have a good couple of very social nights with a large campfire and I think maybe the odd drink or two [;)]

Helen, send them over, there will be 2 or 3 944's with 'Sottish tour' on the side (and you cant really miss Ricks or Johns cars anyway) and in past years quite a large crowd. Surely at least one of your cars will make the trip with the Cayenne, be nice to see the 944 if its finished and isn't the 912 an award winner now [:)]

Blimmin expensive too as I have to renew our membership now as well...

This is a new experience for me as, generally, people make arrangements to avoid being the same place as me (well part of my team at least).

Yet another surprise from the ever surprising Helen. Having only just got my head around the mental arithmetic which meant for Helen and Larry to have just celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary they must have been married in Africa where, as I understand, child weddings are still practised, it now transpires Helen has a daughter old enough to be allowed out on her own. How will the rest of the world cope?
 
The clan Smith will be camping too - hopefully with the Turbo back (or it will be a bit of a squeeze). Make sure you bring your BBQs and plenty of musical instruments for the traditional campfire.
