Anyone fancy entering a 944 team for the Karting at the national event?Teams have to be 4 drivers - £80 a team (in advance) for race on the sunday or monday.

I'm dithering on the sidelines at the moment - what a girlie.

My main resevation is £20 for 15 minutes Karting isn't exactly assounding value for money.

I was going to make some follwing remark about Track Days but then decided that I might then have to moderate myself.

Depends on the karts, but its roughly the standard price, cheap for 100's or twins, expensive for single engined hondas with worn tyres.

all talk of Brands will now be moderated as it's looking extremely likely that I can't make it at all [&o]

Anyone else out there want to join Tony in the Karts, and dont forget that anyone can enter the Speed Championship as a one off taster into Club Motorsport. I had planned to do this as the natural progression from tackdays but it looks like my competitive debut will have to wait. Full details from Steve Kevlin at club office

What? No Smith Clan! Best re-schedule the event now. This is very bad news Paul. I was relying on you for a bit a a moderating influence in respect of camp fires and such things.

Just bumping the karting back to the top, we have at least one 944 team from titanic now, it would be nice to get one or two more teams together.
Karting is great fun, addicitve and an excellent way to start track driving - it hasn't done a certain M Schumacher any harm - and he still does it for fun.
