Well it's nearly upon us and I now have register stand tickets for anybody who wants to display their car on the stand, it doesn't have to be concours condition but clean would be nice.
If you do want a stand parking ticket please send me an email by Thursday afternoon so that I can get them out to you, I would need your name, address and which days you want to be on the stand. Also let me know if you want to go on the parade laps at a very good value £10, or the record attempt. All the details are on page 16 of Augusts Porsche Post.

See you there.
Stuart.

The format and rules of Parade Laps:
These will be 4 or 5 laps at a brisk pace set by the pace car, taking about 15 minutes including on and off lap)
There will be NO overtaking, and NO holding back to give yourself room. A second pace car may follow at the rear.
No helmets may be worn, since safety will not be in issue. Only driver and front seat passengers are allowed.

What to do when you arrive
1. Show your coloured pass for the Register Parking Area and drive and park there (it's near the Kentagon building). Most Registers will have a gazebo and flag erected there. This car park is very convenient to move on to the circuit, but if full, then an overflow area will be provided.
2. Signing on (passengers also) will be under the direction of Eoin Sloan at the gazebo near the entrance to the Register Parking "" info on exact location and opening times to follow. You will need your drivers license and will receive a wristband (different colours for driver and passenger). Check that the Parade Lap session times haven't altered!

How do you get on to the track?
45 mins before the session start return to your car in the Register Parking. You will be guided to leave the park and assemble at the entry to the track underpass by PCGB stewards. Detailed info to follow.

After the Parade Lap session
The pace car will lead the line off the circuit, return to the Register Parking (perhaps the space you left from)

thanks for that Jeff, I took the timetable from an email I was sent by Nic, it would have been a good idea to resend the amended list as soon as it was available.
I have noticed that there are parade laps for GT3s on both days is this correct.

Thanks.

No problem, I've now updated the one above, let me know if there are any obvious errors,

cheers and see you there [:)]
