Although I am unable to make it this year, I thought it might be helpful to our R10 members to put a post on the forum to (a) remind everyone that it is on over the August Bank Holiday weekend and (b) make this an informal register of those planning to go - please feel free to post here to let others know you are going, or to arrange travel, etc.

Don't forget advanced tickets for members are £16 pp compared to £25 pp on the gate - so if you're going, its worth booking early - the form was in PPost. You also need to pre-book parade laps (if your interested) using the same form.

There is no regional parking as such - there is limited Register parking and the organisers are looking for one of each model variant for a display called Porsche Strasse along the main thoroughfare. The "Regional Marquee" is a combined affair as last year, not by region.

The Club is putting up display boards for each region in the Regional Marquee and, therefore, I need a few photos from "Regional" events, with a brief caption, to send in. If anyone has good quality pics that they are hapy to display, please e.mail them to me by 18 July at R10@porscheclubgb.com - no more than three from any one member please!

I've booked tickets for both the Sunday and Monday and will be displaying the car in the 964 Register display. I'm tempted to drive there and back each day but it's a toss up between 6 gallons of Optimax + wear & tear on me and the car versus a B&B for one night. Put like that the B&B sounds more relaxing.

Regards

Dave

PS Steve - Can you remind me of that B&B web site??
