Breakers or ebay?

I am looking to replace the rusty o/s front side panel and driver's door (in alpine white) of my cab and wonder where is the best place to source them from i.e. breakers or ebay. And how much do I expect to pay. Or if you have them that I can buy them off you.

Also, can someone tell me how much labour cost should I budget in to get them bolt onto my cab (with possibility of new paint required over the panel and door) from a reliable bodyshop.

I really doubt you will find a rust free front wing at a breakers (unless you are really lucky and I hope you are), though you should find a door as they don't normally rust. A new wing is £400

Depending where you go and how good they are I would imagine circa £300-£400 per panel to spray and fit each one as long as there is not too much prep required beforehand.

The door is not that bad actually but the wing will need more attention.
There is only a few rust and bubble at the bottom and at the top near the seal area on the door. Maybe its better to get the rust and bubble sorted out with a new paint instead of getting a replacement.

sorting out the rust might be better as white is a fairly easy colour to get matched

In my experience white (and red) is one of the worst colours to match, any slight differences stand out so much. Mine is Alpine white and ive ordered touch up sticks from 4 different places and i now have 4 different shades of white to play with. Ive got mine booked in to have the sills repaired and theyre going to (fingers crossed) match it themselves.

Black is easiest to match I understand

So true. You can almost use any black and the eye wll not detect the difference. White can be pretty easy too, but red [8|]

Red can be a pain in the pink :ROFLMAO:
