ORIGINAL: CLIFFWILKINS We are planning an autumn drive out for the register on Sunday 7th October. The starting point will be The Old Forge Pub in Stevenage, Herts SG2 8DT 9am start. They serve a Full English Breafast for just £3.99. At 10am we will depart for a scenic drive of approx 55 miles through Herts & Bucks countryside to end at Ashridge Estate where you can have a coffee or a light lunch or take a stroll through the wonderful woodland. Hi Tracy, October the 7th is 'Soft Top Sunday' down at Goodwood and btw the London guys also have a run to the Chilterns on the 23rd of September. Hi Nick I am not doing soft top Sunday myself and i know of a few Boxster members who are also not doing it and have asked me to organise a run . So there is now lots for everyone to do on the 7th [:D] Regards Tracy Boxster RS

Sorry we can't join you, although my crazy side would say we could attempt both events but even with all my mods and a good cloaking device to avoid the 'rozzers' it would take us 2 hours from Goodwood to Stevenage [8D]

Tracy - It's our Region's WOTY that weekend to Kent. Got friends near Ashridge so could have made a long weekend but alas! Did you get my email re 981/Silverstone?

Thanks to everyone who came along on Sunday. I hope you enjoyed the breakfast and the run. Great pictures Steve It was a shame that the sun waited until the journey home to make an appearance but at least it was dry. Hope to see you all again soon Regards Tracy
 
Tracy Thanks to you and Brad for organising the drive. Don't hold you responsible for the weather. I enjoyed meeting fellow Boxster owners and enthusiasts, and the breakfast was not bad. If we use the same venue again, I'll bring my own mug.
 
Thanks Tracy, Cliff and Brad for a good event. Yes, the weather could have been better but it could also have been a lot worse! It was good to have a Boxster run before the winter sets in. Terry
