Breaking 944s in North East

A heads up to the northern boys, I will be taking delivery of a 944s on Friday, I bought it for the leather interior to go into a LUX, a friend and I are restoring.
The rest of the car will be broken, the shell is very rotten needing inner and outer sills both sides, passenger side rear quarter, passenger front wing, panel under rear lights.
Main bits for sale-
2.5 16valve engine 170k miles, has quite a bit of SH and sounds good, can be heard running, can do as either tall engine or complete transplant.
Genuine 17" Porsche twists with matched set of Avon tyres
Gearbox, brakes etc
Parts available from DH4 4UG
Prefer cash on collection, PM me if interested
Will put a post in for sale section with photos at the weekend when I have taken delivery
