Brecon/Snowdonia Drive - 12/13 March

OK, lets see if there is really some interest in a drive to the Brecon Beacons. For those of you who don't know this is about 45 minutes drive from Cardiff. I can find details of a nice hotel with good accomodation/food and safe car parking facilities. Welcome to suggestions on what we do there but suggest combination of driving the fantastic roads up the A470 (and nearby), trying some motorised outdoor activities (eg quad bikes, rally school, trial bikes etc) and enjoying some of the local scenery and hospitality.

I have friends in that area who can suggest routes/hotels etc and I went on a drive there last year with the South Wales region (hello Ian) who had some good tulip route maps etc.

If there is enough interest, happy to do some research. Thoughts please.
