Stickaflex is another good bonding agent and I got some similar Wurth stuff from my bodyshop for fitting the 968 side skirts (used it for other stuff in the end). Basically there are a number of products that are designed for sticking on bodykits etc. that would do the job.

I have seen them advertised at £395 and £450 plus VAT from Porschapart. Needless to say I didn't buy one. I have also seen one on Ebay for £250 but didn't see if it sold.

I got mine from porscheshop. Its not as good as the genuine spoiler but if you take your time when fitting/painting it looks pretty good. I cant recall the product name I used to glue on the spoiler but yes, Its pretty strong stuff! There are numerous products available, just go to a autobody paint supply store and they will get you the right stuff. The one I used was odourless and was black in colour. It had excellent grab and very strong indeed.

The contact area on the glass is the wrong shape as in totally the wrong shape. But size wise its fine so im pleased with it.
Going to screw it on and then fill the gap in the curve of the glass with fiberglass and then i should have a perfect mating surface to glue it onto. []

You "painted" the bridge spoiler??? [:-][:-] with what???
Or am I misreading, was it the bodywork of the 944 that needed some touch up paint.

Yes, "painted" the bridge spoiler with 2pk paint. I used a satin black aerosol paint for the side and bottom trim pieces. You must be misreading because nowhere do I mention putting touch up paint near the bodywork, I was referring to the adhesive glue I used to bond the spoiler on with.

When you changed your rear hatch.
Did you have to fit any different type of seals.?? Ie the ones that fit in + around the locating pins.??
Ive got a 968 hatch + a 944 bridge spoiler hatch both complete.. There is a difference between the seal types...
On the 944 one there is a seal attatched to the hatch, whereas on the 68 one its on the body of the car....
