Has anyone any experience of them on a 996 TT?

I have Michelin at the moment - but need 4 and fancied a change

thanks

Hi
No experience of recent bridgestones, but a pal thought they were ok and he even thought that they were wider than most for any given size?? However I have had michelins on several 911s and have been very happy. Currently on contis[] on my X50and can't wait to get back onto michelins again. Pirellis ok, but all round I prefer the michelins, especially wet grip, and the wear rate is also better!!
Pal has michelins on his 997tt and has no problems.[:D]

Not a 996 TT but have them on my 997 C2S. This my first Porsche so unable to make an informed comparison, grip in the dry is not an issue, still too apprehensive to push the car in the wet, road noise is is perhaps an issue and have read elsewhere that Bridgestones have a higher noise index than Michelins.

Hmmmm

Its a dilema

I may go for the corsa system as at a PureGT meeting at silverstone a few of the guys had them and really raved even a guy with a 606 bhp 996

I have Bridgestones fitted on this car, Corsa system on the previous.
I have no definate preferences to either except the Bridgestones have reasonable rim protectors and the Coarsa didn't [:'(]
Both seemed great in the wet and dry...

Thanks Gary

What about life any major differences?

Also is the turn-in much better on the corsa system?

thanks
