Bristol / Bath meet - pics

Just got back from a top day of driving, talking, and photographing 968s. We had four cars turn out for our Xmas meet - me (& my bro as passenger), Stevie D (Hammerhead on this forum), James C (from 968.net), and my friend Rob (not really a forum person)

After a meet n' greet we made our way over some fantastic roads to scenic Cheddar Gorge for a few pics:

And then, some more spirited driving towards our lunch stop [:)].

After a top lunch (good recommendation on the pub Steve) and plenty of car talk, we took a few more pics:

Thanks to all involved for a great day out - hope to see you and plenty of other 968 owners during 2004 [:)]

Brilliant pictures and what a great day you guys had -- well done. A perfect example of how an online community can reach out into real life, this will definitely set the standard for similar events in 2004.

Happy New Year to all

ps Alex watch out for those laces!!

Paul

I was waiting for someone to spot the awful trainers!

In my defence the dreadful weather meant my attire was chosen for comfort rather than sartorial elegance [:)]

Happy New Year!

Top work chaps!

Great idea, great pics, great post ... dodgy trainers!

Can you please e-mail some full size versions of these pics to Jeff Maynard (Forum Admin), as he is looking for good 968 pics for the new gallery. Also Jeff, if you read this, why didn't these pics show up as thumbnails?

I have never been a fan of colour coded wheels, but those blue centres with polished rims are FANTASTIC! How'd you do dat?

Happy New Year everone.
