Is the 993RS, which has been at OPC Bristol for awhile, owned by anyone on here?

I saw this car in the last couple of weeks ,IMO its fairly described and exactly what one wud expect for mileage .........it has impressive set of invoices to cover all past .

Believed to be original panels buit a little paint after stone chips ......resulting in very nice finish , wheels and trim excellent

Simply its exactly what it says on the can .................there are several ex owners in the invoice list ....many of whom happy to talk abt their time with the car

If u have nt, ask the vendors sure u wont be disappointed , friendly and helpful................oh and in case ur wondering i have no personal interest in the car unless my Pal buys it .....................

Looks nice and with an OPC warranty ...... so UK OPC can sell imports unless it's a C16 LHD if there is such a thing ..... yellow seats bit strange though, seen them on another car[;)]

AFAIK no Porsche warranty on this car its passed the 111 pt check though

Sure u cud buy one ....................

Not interested myself Vic, thought you automatically got a warranty from buying from an OPC learnt something new ..... hmmmm looks a realistically priced honest car that can only climb in value .... [:)]

Bristol seem to SOR quite a few cars, which do not come under the OPC used car scheme. My suggestion would be that this would follow the same route and therefore would not entitle you to an extended warranty.

As Vic has suggested, I would imagine you could ask for one but it would cost you, rather than it being built into the asking price.

As for the asking price, it seems a shame that someone couldn't purchase it directly from the owner; thereby saving themselves a hefty OPC margin, and no doubt returning the owner a higher price.

Lockyear have have car with 20,000 miles less, for a lower asking price (as did Paul at GT Classics); however, I would attribute this to the SOR above and beyond the owners expectations of a sale value.

It should be noted that Porsche only warranty cars up to 9-years old iirc. So this car will not qualify.
