Britax Prince Car Seat?

Does anyone know if the current Britax Prince car seat fits in the back of a 944 S2?

According to the Britax website, it's suitable!!

I've got a Britax Freeway St Anton which is also suitable for 944/968 according to Brittax and it does indeed fit snugly into the rear bucket seats, however you cannot secure it with the seatbelt as there is no cushioning on the rear seats and these things work by tensioning the seat against the seatbelt by pushing it into the cushioning of the seat and locking it in place with the seatbelt so the seat is firmly fixed. There is no way to do this in a 944/968 so i'd say the Brittax Prince will fit, but I wouldn't trust it in an accident. Also there is precious little room between the baby and the rear of the front seat even when the seat is slid all the way forward on its runners and the seat back tilted up. I only ever used it in the front passenger seat and squeezed any adults in the back on the very few journeys I did where we went as a whole family.

Thank you for your reply.

I have no plans to drive my Son around in the Porsche for any longer than is necessary, I simply want to drop him off at his Grand Parents now and again.

I am going to have to try a Seat and see how it fits. If I'm not happy with it, I won't bother.
