Just to remind people that there is at least one 944 and 2 968's racing at Silverstone in the Britcar 24Hr....

"County EMC Motorsport" are fielding 2 968's cars 70 & 71. Running out of grage 9A.

The TOP GEAR team are also racing in a 330d so you might even get on the telly!!

We are having GPS tracking devices installed on both cars, this means that we in the pits can see where the cars are on the circuit at any point in time and people who cannot make it to Silverstone can log on and see for themselves were the cars are on the circuit. We are having GPS tracking devices installed on both cars,

Fantastic news Lali, I'd love to have a go at driving in the Britcar 24 - one year.

I'm hoping to be down in Bournemouth checking out my sprayjob on Saturday but if I get back in time and am in a good mood I'll try to get over in the evening to cheer you on [:)]

Just seen Lali's post in the S2 trackcar thread and it reminded me we hadn't congratulated him for both 968s finishing line asterm in 18th and 19th position [:)] A 3rd place podium finish in class too

WELL DONE guys
I've been reading the updates from your team mate on the 968 forum and I have to admit I'm fascinated.

More please [8D]

Yes congratulations, what a great result!
I wish I could have made it along, shame it clashed with both Brighton Speed trials and Ragley.
