Hi All,

The launch of this season's BTTC takes place at Donington Park this Thursday. We have been to this event before and it was great to see all the top drivers batting round the track testing their cars in preparation for the season. The paddock is also open so you can see the cars and drivers up close and personal!

The best bit is - IT'S FREE!!

The gates open to the public at 12.30 p.m. The weather forecast is good - last time we went it rained!

I am going, so is Tom. If anyone else is interested in tagging along post here and we'll see if we can organise a meeting point.

Thanks Laura, this is the type of event for which I went self employed, to be able to free up time when I wanted to, see you both there.

David

Do you know what time it runs until?

I'm stuck in the office on Thursday but live in Nottingham, so I'm thinking of whizzing over after work if it runs into the evening...

The afternoon testing is scheduled to run for four hours so I would imagine it will be over by 4.30.
David, if you call Tom's number when you get there we can meet up. [:)]

Hello Laura
Beryl and I fancy an afternoon out doing something different for a change. So as we don't go to many racing type events was will come over to Donnington.
We will get there by 1 and will give Tom a call. We have his mobile number. Mine is 07814 444262 in case we have difficult finding you.
Regards
ALAN
