Broken cab roof

Hi,
Just home from Porsche Experience Silverstone. Highly recommend it - I got it for a birthday prezzie in January.

Anyway, I was about to put the roof up and the car away but the roof appears jammed on the passenger side. I loosened the 2 bolts either side and tried to lift it but no luck. Sounds like a failed/jammed motor but wondered if anyone has had a similar experience?

Will need to plan my journey to the garage carefully to avoid getting soaked this weekend.

I appreciate you taking the time to read this post.

Isn't it possible to hand crank it? Perhaps then you might be able to see what's blocking it.

Probably too late, you'll have already taken it to the garage by now. [&:]

Thanks for responding.

You can crank the windows but not the roof. The manual says to loosen the bolts behind the front seats and then it can be lifted manually. I've loosened them but it only goes so far. It's booked in to JZM next week so fingers crossed it's sunny.

Thanks again
Nick
