Bumper removal-newbie!!

Hi All. Just finding my feet with Porsche ownership and club membership! I recently bought my 03 C4S and am hooked! I now have a problem that I hope you can guide me on - Having followed a hay lorry (Doh!)the air intakes are crammed full with bits of errant hay! So my question is how do I clean them out? I'd really like to remove the bumper to get all 3 yrs rubbish out before the rads rot away but I'm not sure what it involves or if there is an easier way, is it a DIY job?. Very grateful for any advice or directions you may have. Thanks Bry
