Buying a 911

Hi,
I'm looking at buying a 06 or 07 911 cabriolet. It has to be black (as per the missus instructions) and has to have sat nav. Any idea how much I should be paying for one? I've had a look in Porsche Reading (they don't have a black one). They were looking for around £46K for one.

I also have a red Boxster 03 reg tiptronic with 30,000 miles and full porsche service history. Any thoughts on what kind of P/X I should be looking at?

Lastly should I look for a carrera,C2S C4S or Turbo? my maximum budget is £50K

Many thanks

The best thing to do is look on Pistonheads and the approved used car locator. You should find the price ranges pretty quickly. [:)]

I think at 50K the Turbo may be out of reach..
£2.50 gives you the glasses guide price on the web, however I agree that Pistonheads and Autotrader give you an insight into real world values..

There's currently a few black cabs on Pistonheads in your price range. As young Gary says, £50k is pushing it for a turbo of that age, but a C4S is certainly a possibility.
