Buying A 928

I'm not a 928 expert, but it looks like a fair bet if it's inspected first.

Colour isn't most popular, but history looks pretty good. It WILL cost a lot to run, certainly compared to your 944, but find a good local specialist and get it checked out. If you haven't got a local specialist, find him before you find a 928!
 
Impossible to tell from the pictures and that description but it sounds good on the face of it with the Porsche & specialist service history though.
There's a few buyers guides around, for example www.928.org.uk, google search will bring up a few.
 
there is a full 4 page buyers guide on rennlist.

If you look at the top of the 928 forum you'll see various stickys one of which has over 100 links to sites dedicated to the 928 which I emassed over a 2 year period. Some of the links may be dead or duplicated but it would be worth your while looking through them

Also if you do a google search for `928 buyers guide' you'll find another dozen guides[8|]
