Buying Advice for 996 please

Having recently sold a Boxster, I am considering buying a 996. I would be looking for a sub 30,000 miles car, as would prob look to put 15,000 a year on via my own day to day use.

I would like any buying advice, things to look out for, likely price ranges, in fact anything that will help me make the right choice.

Any help appreciated.

Just a caution (from past experiences)... 30,000 miles is very low for a 996 due to its age already. To find one of that mileage you will pay quite a premium, and then eliminate that by the mileage you are adding - which will make depreciation worse.
