Any advice on what to watch out for when considering a used Cayenne...? Which is the model to have...? Budget is £35k... Any thoughts on the diesel engine version...? I am thinking about the version before current facelift ...

Looking on the Autotrader website there are some very nice diesels around or close to that level. I think they are facelifts but am not sure so check. If they are i would certainly opt for the Diesel over the S and one would hope that all the large and small problems that have been mentioned here over the last 4/5 years will have been ironed out . However to be honest i would opt for the model from the same stable but with a different badge.................. JUST HAD A QUICK LOOK AT AUTOTRADER THEY ARE THE LAST OF THE OLD MODELS . Thinking about it they did not launch till Mch 10 at Geneva

I am looking for a Cayenne / range rover / X5 at the moment? What is the best value for money?

I would have a serious look at a Toureg. VW knocked out good spec old model cars for £25K earlier this year so they are probably 20 ish ?They are mostly if not all Diesel and i may be wrong here but the Toureg owners seem to do less complaining than us ? From the prices I have seen thr range rover seems to depreciate slower than the others .
