C2S Gen1 looking to increase BHP

I have owned my 997 C2S gen1 for 7 months now, and really love it, I have done 6 track days & it performs exactly how i had hoped. I am looking to try & boost the performance a little bit so that it is at least equivalent to a Gen2. i.e. another 25 or 30 BHP. Obviously more if I can achieve it.

I am looking at the following options:

changing the exhaust manifold (already has sports exhaust)
Large Bore twin air intake Kits
Air induction kits
changing Air filter

If anyone has any experience of these upgrades or any suggestions they would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Andy

I upgraded my C2S to get a lot more torque and bhp. I bought a turbo...

By the time you've spent £10k+ to get 30 extra bhp out of the Carrera you might as well too.
Failing that, as Paul says, Tom's your man.

And fail the MOT?

Sports CAT +10bhp
Designtek headers and exhaust system +25bhp
Revo remap +15bhp
Cold air induction kit +10bhp

60bhp for under £3000? In theory...........[:)]

Here's the thread for Tom's upgrades to his former car

Not meaning to put damper on things but would you really notice an extra 25bhp on a C2S in the real world? I prefer Alans solutions myself thats where my money would go if I was lucky enough
