C4 driveshaft

It may be of interest that anybody with a C4 should have the bolts at the end of the drive shafts checked that they are still on tight.

Just had all of mine replaced and a dab of loctite for good measure as this problem has begun to come to light that the bolts are slowly working loose ending up with a detached drive shaft[:(]

It is an easy check and DIY job if you are so inclined.

If you have a look yourself you will find that Porsche did not bother to use loctite! Speaking to 9M they have as of the last couple of months been replacing the original bolts with new ones on any C4s that have come into them.
