C4 Remove Engine and Gearbox Help

Hi there! Can anyone help me i can find loads of guides on how to drop a C2 engine but not a C4? I am a little stuck i have disconnected the two clamps on the propshaft (i know it has a proper name!) but i am having trouble in lowering the engine and box as a unit?

Do the drive shafts have to be completly removed as some guides say they just have to be disconnected?

Any help would be great.
