I recently had the clutch replaced and for a short while it was nice and light, now it has got heavy again, almost as much, if not the same as before I had it replaced.
Any idea why this would be?
Thanks

Hi Seb,

My clutch was replaced at 46k prior to my purchase at 51k miles & has always seemed 'heavy'..... so possibly quite normal!!

thanks Paul, I would understand why it would get heavier after many more miles after replacing but I cant understand why it would do so soon after replacing, this is the question - its doesn't seem to make sense.

Needs to go back, they either didn't change all the parts (no cost as under warrsnty)or you've been unlucky and the spring has susequently gone not expensive.

Last Porsche clutch that ws reasonably heavy was the 964. Any of the rest it's usually on its way out.
