Does anyone have a 944 Cab that's laid up for winter? HQ are looking for a car to join a display of cab models in the building, but it would be there from mid-Feb to the end of April. This would exclude the daily-drivers [&:]

PM me and let me know if you can help. Preferably not from Scotland......but I'm sure we could sort out the transport logistics.

I can do you a slightly non-standard Turbo coupe if you fancy that? It would save me paying for storage anyway [;)]

Now if you had asked sooner you could have had mine there, provided I could have left the "For Sale" sign on it - it could have saved me months of trying.
Now in the thick of the sale received a Large deposit last week a Cash transfer & collection imminent - then the dream - a Turbo becomes a reality.

I wouldn't mind putting my latest acquisition in the club HQ. It is a rare beast. A 944 turbo cab. Just clocked up its 28,000 th mile.
Seviced on the dot each year, sometimes with as few as 500 miles between oil changes. How soon would it be needed, as owing to my misjudgement of the track width compared to the 924, I need to do a wheel refurb to remove some kerb scuffs. I can live with having to drive my 924 turbo daily.

P.S. I'm sure Rick Cannell won't mind me plugging his website, so if you want to view one of Rick's photographs of it at Conbury, back in December, go to
http://www.cannell.co.uk/CH1206-7.htm and look for the red cab on the top row
