Cadwell Park Trackday

Hi Guys - Just to let you know that trackactiononline organised a really terrific trackday at Cadwell last Friday (26th March). I say terrific because most of us like to hog the track and boy did I have a hogging day! Around 30 cars registered but you wouldn't have noticed because I only ever had 2 or 3 cars to get round once every 10 laps. I found the camaraderie among the young guys really great. They were always willing to listen to the older more experienced guys and boy did they love their cars which did them all proud. There was also some free instruction from a US based racing driver. (Thanks James) So look out for the organisers again, 'cos they don't do many trackdays, just Cadwell and Brands. Hopefully they'll do the same next year at £125 - what exceedingly good value! And the sun shone all day!!

Andre - great to hear you had plenty of track to yourself! Really wish I could have made it but probably just as well I didn't - I suspecty cylinders would have given up the ghost! Roll on Thursday and recieving my car back with a fully rebuilt engine. Will definately be attending Cadwell or Oulton later in the year...
