Anyone fitted a camshaft sensor to a 930 (for EFI purposes).

This is needed for EFI project, so any information/experience would be most appreciated.

cheers Simon

You may well find out by searching the 911 section of Pelican as it has been running a lot longer than the 930 section.

What EMS are you going to use?

Hi Simon
Also try www.clewett.com they sell the majority of adapters and sensors for an EFI coversion.
I'm going with batch fired not sequential for mine, from my internet homework, it looks like alot of the guys over the pond reckon the small percent gain isn't worth the extra set-up hassle. Have you decided which ECU you're going with?
Best of luck with the conversion bud.

Thank you, by coincidence I have spoken to Clewett and ordered the adapters and sensor from them. I am getting GTART to speak with them directly for fitment detail instructions.

We are going for a NIRA ecu - chosen by GTART. The car spent a couple of days having dyno runs to provide GTART and Nira the core information for the set-up. They both seem happy with the project and keen to develop repeat customers, so have a vested interest to both get it right.

We started with 411bhp and 430lbs of torque at the wheels, so have a base to refer back to. We are working to a 2 month timetable, so I am hoping to have updates soon.
