Camshaft sprocket holding tool 9191

Hi, does anyone have a camshaft sprocket holding tool, Possche special tool 9191, that I can hire or borrow. I am in Birmingham and would prefer local, but would be prepared to travel a reasonable distance.
Hope someone can help.
I am trying to stop the dribble of oil from behind the cam chain housing (where the camshaft passes through into the cam carrier). There is an "O" ring and a small gasket behind the sprocket and I am certain that replacing these will solve the leak.
