I am looking for a place to service my 944 S2. I have been using HGW engineering in Hornchurch for the past 5 years, however I have heard that his has either closed down or been sold. I live in Bishop's Stortford (East Herts) and work in London and Cambridge, so somewhere near home, Cambridge or with a station to London would be good.

I use JZ Machtech (like many others) they are very good and will pick/drop you off at Kings Langley Station which is on the main line to London Euston.

I drop the car off when they open in the mornings and then go to work via the train and leave work a little early when I pick the car up in the evenings. The are just outside the M25.

Many R11 members use Autostrasse in Coggleshall, tel 01376 562 922 mentioning Essex region membership and my name. You might even ask to have Harvey do the service!

I use Harveys Automobile Engineering in Nazeing, very reasonable and nice guys. Many years of Porsche experience. 01992 462662. They're near Roydon Station.

Ah come on. You can't do that sort of thing. Either come out and say it or don't bring it up in the first place. [;)]
