Cant get Radio Out - Wrong Keys (PICS)

Boxster S 2002, Becker CDR 22

bought these to pull it out but they simply pull straight out again, doesn't matter which way I put them in.. Have I got the wrong ones ?? I have removed the heater module and the Radio will pull out about a half inch but it'll do that with no keys inserted.. aaarghh

Yes I do need the code still, wanted to mail you tonight to get it..very frustrated.. car took 5 weeks to get repaired, but thought I'd 'simply whip out the radio tonight. and mail Richard'...but No..

will get a set and then mail,

You don't need to take it out to get the serial number.

CDR-22 - Hold down the TP button for at least 10 seconds after you turn the radio on. "Becker 1" will be displayed. Rotate the right knob (slowly) and it will display the Becker model number. Then rotate it again and the serial number should be displayed on the radio.
