Car audio systems and speakers

Hi

My old Alpine unit has had its day and speakers sounding pretty ropey I was wondering what people had used for head units and speakers (1983 Lux with standard 4 speaker set up), trying to keep things looking as original as possible, but want DAB and bluetooth for the phone.
Anyone got any experience of these people:https://www.classiccarstereo.co.uk/classic-car-stereos/

this new one looks interesting: https://www.classiccarstereo.co.uk/classic-car-stereos/blaupunkt-classic-car-stereo/blaupunkt-bremen-sqr-46-dab-bt/

but also cheaper options considered:

or

Speaker options:

any experience or advice?

Neil

Can't help with the head unit, but only last month I fitted a set of those Alpine speakers to the front doors of my 944. Perfect fit, easy job, good quality, good value. As my original grills were cracked I replaced those at the same time, ordered from my local Porsche main dealer (as cheaper there than from the usual unofficial online dealers).

Good to know thanks
