Car parking at heathrow

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is any quality under cover parking available at Heathrow?  I have a colleague that needs some for around 3 weeks.

Cheers

Jase.

The Sofitel (hotel) at T5 has an underground car park that I have used - with some bays that are protected from both sides. When I was there I noticed a line of about 5 high end cars (not rentals - classic fezzas etc) that had clearly been there for some time (dust layer) - they were right by the attendent's booth. I suspect people make a deal with him (or perhaps officially with the hotel) - their car park is normally quite empty. Worth a try. I'm NOT talking about the main T5 car park - although the Sofitel is physically "in" the mai T5 car park, the actual guest parking is directly below the hotel.

OK Guys, given up on no valet under cover parking at heathrow. Can anyone recommend good outdoor parking at Heathow. The sort of place you could park a Porsche, AM or Ferrari and not worry. No valet parking please, must retain keys! many thanks all Jase.

I've parked several times in the main BAA Long Stay car park at Heathrow and Stansted with no problems at all. Save money by pre-booking via the BAA web site. I much prefer the security of the on-site long-stay car parks. You can usually select a relatively low-risk slot when you get there.

yes sub optimal I know. I have colleague with an AM who wants the convenience. I guess it is pot luck where you go. I just wondered whether some offered more generous spots or were slightly dearer so pretty empty? Thanks again Jase.
