car vibrations

Has anyone experience with engine vibrations between 2000-2300rpm (mine is a Turbo S MY 06), gearlever at P. The whole car is vibrating slightly. If the engine is cold vibrations are not noticeable. engine itself runs great, has full power.

Engine mounts? Transmission? Torque converter? any ideas?
