After a week of not driving my new 997, I couldn't open the car with the key fob, and assumed the battery was flat. On opening the door with the key, the car came back to life and started fine.
I had read about this on a 996, but has anyone heard of this on a 997?
Also, should I be worried about the battery running flat when car is not used, esp. as it will be left for 4 weeks over the summer? (I have read of Tracker systems draining the battery, but I have the VTS)
I have heard about trickle chargers but have no access to power, as the car is parked in the street....
